THE OWNER
My name is Randall. I am a U.S. Marine veteran with two decades of small-arms and not-so-small-arms experience. I was formally trained as an Electro-Optical Ordnance Technician (scopes, lasers, night vision, targeting systems, etc), and I cross-trained with the Armorers I worked alongside. I'm currently in law enforcement, and I have a passion for firearms and shooting. I'm the owner and manager of Paragon Arms.
If you're an old pro looking for a new toy, I'd be happy to track down exactly what you want. If you are new to the sport of shooting, friendly consultation is a key part of my business. This is something I feel your average gun shop lacks. I know a lot of people who have walked into a shop of salty clerks who quickly made them feel like they didn't belong there. Drop me a line. I'd be happy to guide you through your selection and purchase.

**ATTENTION: I do not buy or sell on ARMSLIST. I do not assist other people buying, selling, or shipping firearms on ARMSLIST. Scammers have used my (old) license number and business name in several instances to appear legitimate. THEY ARE NOT. Please report them to ARMSLIST as a scam.
Additionally, so many websites have sprouted up appearing to be legitimate firearms retailers (mossbergfirearms comes to mind). Things to watch for if you've found a hard to find firearm for an incredible price online:
-Do they accept PayPal, Venmo, CRYPTO, or any 3rd party pay system that isn't Visa/MC/AmEx? SCAM.
-Do they seem to have an endless quantity of anything you want? ie- you can order 40 SP5s? SCAM.
-Does the site have that little feature that pops up saying someone in Germany just ordered a S&W? SCAM.
-Is the site branded as an actual manufacturer? SCAM! Manufacturers do NOT sell directly online.
-Is there no physical U.S. address listed on the site? Probably a SCAM.
If you have any questions on the legitimacy of the site you are thinking about ordering from, please contact me first. I've been a dealer for over a decade, and I'm pretty familiar with just about all the online retailers out there.

FFL & NFA TRANSFERS
The firearm transfer fee is $40, or $30/ea if transferring more than one firearm at a time.
NFA transfers needed for a suppressor, SBR, SBS, or machine gun will be $100.
Handgun purchases or transfers now require a CPL or a License to Purchase from your local PD prior to our appointment.
Silencer Shop purchases are fee-free! Any prices I quote you for a direct sale will have my fees baked in. This is for 3rd-party transfers only.
Please contact me prior to buying/bidding, UNLESS you are ordering from an online dealer where I am listed as "preferred".
These fees also apply to private sellers if they wish to conduct the sale through me in order to complete a background check on their buyer.
After you make your purchase, I will need:
I will contact your seller that day (if possible) with my license. After I receive your purchase, we can set up an appointment to transfer your new firearm.
Check out PA's Facebook page if you'd rather contact me there. Check out a lot of the firearms passing through on Paragon's Instagram!
Please contact me with any questions. It is often very difficult to reach me by phone due to my schedule. E-mail or text are my most efficient means to communicate. I am able to monitor these messages in real-time, and it will allow me to research any questions you may have before I respond. My physical address is not advertised online for obvious security and privacy concerns. Don't worry. My customers are provided with all of my additional contact information during the purchase process.
